Sun Sothy Guesthouse & Restaurant welcomes you!

We are a small and friendly family-run guesthouse located about three kilometers from the center of Siem Reap. Experience the village life of Kontrohk community and enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening after a busy day of exciting, unforgettable exploration in and around Siem Reap.

Let us be your home away from home! Sun Sothy has cozy, clean, and comfortable air-conditioned rooms each with private bathrooms and other necessary provisions as mini fridge, cable TV, and free WIFI available in and outside the rooms. All of our rooms have both an aircon unit and a fan. We also provide complimentary breakfast.

Private seating areas are positioned outside each room for guests to spend time enjoying the nice view of the garden and the pool. Guests can choose to have their meals and drinks served at the restaurant or right outside their rooms.

Go for a refreshing swim in the pool or lounge on the chairs scattered around it while delighting in your favorite drink or snack. Relax on the comfortable seats in our pavilion or just go for a walk and experience the friendliness of the people in the village.

Our own restaurant offers Khmer food and a selection of western dishes. If you like to try some local specialties, please do not hesitate to ask us. Our guests are most important to us and it will be our joy to introduce you to our culture. We also offer Khmer cooking classes upon request.

Our staff speak English, French, German, Dutch, and of course Khmer. We look forward to welcoming you at Sun Sothy Guesthouse!
